The foundations of the shelter are pure concrete while the façade and lateral walls are built with adobe. This material has a twofold advantage: it keeps the atmosphere cool coolness during the day and warm during the wee hours of the morning. All ceilings are crossed by massive eucalyptus beams providing the environment with a rustic sensation. The architectural lines of the building are typical Andean.
